As the name suggests, this collection of instrumental, synth tracks wanders a bit. From upbeat, kick-driven pieces (Triumvirate, Leeway, Boundary Conditions, In Subharms Way) through dub (Dubious) to rich, formless ambient (Send Return Fade, Inertia).

What stops the tracks from ending up in completely different places is the when, the what, and the how. All were recorded and mixed live through a Soundcraft MTK-12 into Ableton Live in single takes between June and September 2020. All use the same collection of synths and effects: the Moog quartet of a DFAM, Mother 32, Subharmonicon and a Matriarch. All were run through an Intellijel SpringRay reverb, Mutable Instruments Clouds, and Roland Space Echo RE-201, with some additional support from a variety of other eurorack modules. All were mastered with iZotope's Ozone 9.
